1. Information We Collect

Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access your Google password.

Idea data: The ideas you submit for validation, along with the generated reports, are stored in your account.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Polar. We store your Polar customer ID and subscription status but never your credit card number or banking details.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the validation service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account updates)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your ideas to train AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Polar — for payment processing
• AI providers (Anthropic) — your idea text is sent to Claude for analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models.
• Hosting (Vercel, Neon) — for infrastructure

4. Data Retention

Your account and idea data are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are anonymized.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), and encrypted database connections. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your validation reports
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Provyd is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
