1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Provyd (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Provyd is an idea validation platform that scrapes publicly available data from sources including Reddit, X (Twitter), and YouTube, then uses AI to analyze market demand, sentiment, and competition. The Service provides informational reports — not financial, legal, or business advice.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share account credentials or use another person's account without permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Polar. Credit packs are one-time purchases — no subscriptions. Credits never expire. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@provyd.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Abuse API access or circumvent usage limits
• Resell or redistribute reports without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Provyd are owned by Provyd. Validation reports generated for you are yours to use, but the underlying platform, models, and analysis methods remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any validation report. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provyd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business decisions made based on reports, or data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@provyd.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
